1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using FullVIN.com ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

FullVIN.com provides vehicle history reports and VIN decoding services. We aggregate information from various data sources to provide comprehensive vehicle history information to consumers and businesses.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Providing accurate and complete information when creating an account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Payment Terms

All fees for vehicle history reports are due at the time of purchase. Payment must be made through our accepted payment methods. All sales are final unless otherwise specified or required by law.

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for technical issues or errors in our service. Contact support@fullvin.com for refund requests.

5. Fair Use Policy for Dealership Accounts

Dealership and business accounts are subject to fair use policies:

Reports purchased through bulk packages are intended for legitimate business use only
Sharing account credentials with unauthorized users is prohibited
Reselling individual reports purchased through bulk packages is not permitted
We reserve the right to monitor account usage and suspend accounts that violate fair use policies
Excessive usage that may indicate abuse or unauthorized access may result in account suspension

Violation of fair use policies may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

6. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: FullVIN.com provides vehicle history information based on data obtained from various third-party sources. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all information in our reports is complete, accurate, or up-to-date.

Our reports may not include:

All accidents or incidents (especially those not reported to authorities or insurance companies)
Recent events that have not yet been entered into source databases
Information from sources that do not share data with our providers
Maintenance records or service history not reported to databases

FullVIN.com reports are provided "as is" and should be used as one tool among many when evaluating a vehicle. We strongly recommend:

Having the vehicle inspected by a qualified mechanic
Reviewing maintenance records directly from the seller
Conducting a test drive
Verifying information independently when possible

FullVIN.com shall not be liable for any decisions made based on information in our reports.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FullVIN.com, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

Your use or inability to use the Service
Any errors or omissions in the content of reports
Any decisions made based on information provided in reports
Unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein

8. Intellectual Property

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of Alberta, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
